Privacy policy

How we handle your data

Last updated 18 August 2026. Written in plain English, because a privacy policy you can't understand protects nobody.

Who we are

Power Analytix Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 15156639, with its registered office at Unit 19 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester LE19 4SA, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@poweranalytix.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Enquiry forms. When you contact us we collect the details you provide (name, email, company, phone if given, and your message). We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to your request) and, subsequently, contract.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we process the information you share in order to help you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a limited period and not used to identify visitors.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when the page loads.

Who we share data with

Nobody, except the service providers needed to run this website and our business (hosting and email infrastructure), and only to the extent required. We do not sell or rent personal data, full stop.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained while we handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@poweranalytix.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
